- Definitions:
In these terms and conditions the following have the meanings set out below:
‘Company’ means momentzevents.
‘Deducted Amount’ is defined in clause 11
‘Deliverables’ means goods, products and services identified in the Rental Order/Cart.
‘Delivery Location/site’ means the place identified in the Rental Order in relation to the provision of the Deliverables.
‘Goods’ means all goods, materials, equipment and parts provided by the Company to the Buyer as detailed in the Rental Order/Cart.
‘Material’ means any material brought into existence as part of, or for the purpose of producing the Supply, and includes but is not limited to documents, equipment, information or data stored by any means.
‘Price’ is defined in Clause 9
‘Rental Order’ means individual Rental orders as may be issued by the Company to the Buyer in respect of the Supply which shall be subject to the Orders.
‘Services’ means the work identified in the Renal Order to be performed by the Company.
‘Buyer’ means the Party who will place the order for hiring products for event.
‘Supply’ means the supply of Deliverables in accordance with the Rental Order.
- Order procedure:
2.1. Rental order will be placed on our website www.momentzevents.com
2.2. Place the order minimum (mention time period) before the event
- Evidence of documents
The following documents will be prepared as evidence:

3.5 The buyer is not contractually bound until a formal Rental Order is placed by the him/her.
- Entire agreement
Invoice, Rental Order acknowledgment, confirmation, acceptance, bill, shall be binding upon buyer expressly agreed with advance payment of order as mentioned in clause 10
- Acceptance
The Company only delivers the Deliverables
5 .1 The buyer accepts the Rental Order
5.2 If the Buyer wishes to reject the Rental Order and make a counter-offer, the Buyer must reply to
the Rental Order in words explicitly and clearly indicating rejection.
- Specifications

- The quantity, quality and description of Deliverables will be as specified in the Rental Order.
- If, before Supply has occurred, the buyer notifies any change in the desired specification (including as to quality and time frame) the buyer will be responsible if overall cost increased/extra delivery charges.
- Warranties and liability
The Buyer will make sure that:
7.1 The quantity and quality for the Deliverables will be same at the time of return as mention in the Rental Order
7.2 Any supplies Goods will be free from defects at the time of return, if any problem occurred buyer will be responsible and give liability as mentioned in clause 11
- Delivery and risk
8.1 All Goods will be delivered on site/delivery location as mentioned in Rental Orders, if there is any change in site buyer will be responsible for extra charges.
8.2 After delivery risk in each Good will remain with the Buyer until its return after specified time.
- Price

- The Price means the total amount of Rental order payable to the Company by the Buyer in relation to the Supply.
- Payable in Australian Dollars.
- Payment policy
Payment will be made as mentioned:
- 10% upon reservation
- Balance amount will be paid on delivery or prior to it
- Deductions/liability
Deductions upon cancel the Rental order will be made as:
- 10% : 1 month or more prior to the function date
- 50%: within 1 month of function
- 75%: upon cancellation order within the week prior to the function.

Refund Policy for Party Hire Rentals
We are committed to providing our customers with high-quality party rental equipment and excellent service. We understand that sometimes things do not go as planned, and cancellations may be necessary. Therefore, we have crafted the following refund policy to protect both parties in such cases.
Cancellation Policy
Customers may cancel their reservation up to 14 days before the scheduled event date to receive a full refund of the rental deposit. For cancellations made between 7-13 days before the event, a 50% refund will be issued. Cancellations made within 6 days of the event date will result in the forfeiture of the entire rental deposit.
Deposits
We require a 50% deposit upon booking to hold your reservation. This deposit is non-refundable if you cancel your order within 6 days of your event date.
Damages
All items must be returned in the same condition they were rented. Any damages or missing items will be deducted from the rental deposit. If damages exceed the amount of the deposit, additional charges will be assessed.
No-Show Policy
If you fail to show up on the day of your reservation and do not notify us at least 48 hours beforehand, you will forfeit your entire rental deposit.
Refunds
Refunds will be issued within seven business days of cancellation. Refunds will be made using the same payment method as the original transaction.
